SqPack 1.4-stable

This file describe changes between sqpack-1.2-stable and sqpack-1.4-stable

1. MAJOR feature improvements:
   - implement husky standard logging;
   - checking for free space;
   - create bsy-file while working;
   - implement husky-standart version string generation;

2. IMPORTANT bugfixes:
   - fix update replylinks;
   - check dupearea & badarea existence in config; check for NULL ponters.
