Not to disagree with Matt's overall point at all, I'd just like to
point out that Aristotle's work in the arts is still extremely
relevant.  "The Poetics" should be required reading for anybody
wanting to tell a story.  As for Plato: that damned sunken continent
keeps getting dried off every few years.
