What is the mechanism of the raffle?  Players complain often enough that
the game isn't "fair"; I can only imagine the can of worms you might be
opening by putting something of real-life value on the line.

Of course, I suppose you've been dealing with this for quite a while
considering your business model.  Players bitch and moan quite a bit when
they loose an item due to a bug (or, at least, what they perceive to be
a bug); if they had purchased that item for real-world currency, I would
think that they would hit the roof if anything went wrong.
