hi!
i'm trying to find a good extensible mud engine that i could use for
experimenting with npc ai programming, but i've no idea where to look. in
the best case i'd love to be able to tie a lisp/scheme engine to it (via
foreign function interface or networking) so extensibility is key - but
speed, target os, and other typical mudding constraints aren't too big of a
problem... well, i'd appreciate any pointers!

ps. and btw, yes, i looked at worldforge, but unfortunately it's very far
from a working system...
