Good is confused and un organized.

I would question WHY the migration to evil.

The Heroes are out there, but when faced with the raw mechanics of
playing a warrior vs. one of the evil races, its kind of an obvious
choice.  Tanks are too dependendant on the rest of the archetypes.
People, in general, loathe admitting they need help from anyone.  As
that translates into the game, people have to deal with something
they would rather not - - it breaks the immersion.

In one feel swoop, you could change the dynamics of the game by
altering the development ladder and adding some spicey abilities to
the warriors.
