If that happens, I would say you are not a 'newbie-friendly' MUD, and your
players need to be told that the world will not get better if they kill all
the young players.
I remember I played a DikuMUD some years back (Shame on me!). There was a
limit as to what levels you could PK (i.e. not the newbies!). But I was PKed
several times by a much larger and more experienced player. After the third
time I mailed the admin and the offender was deleted. Quite simple.
