I didn't say consumers are stupid, nor did I mean to imply it. It's
just human nature to forget and adapt.

What are you talking about? A handful of publishers do dominate the
landscape, especially if we're talking about graphical MUDs (EA,
Sony, Microsoft, and NCSoft).
