At this point UO has had revenue comparable to the top-selling computer
games (eg, Quake II, Starcraft, etc). So it's making money comparable to the
best of the computer game industry. It's certainly true that the computer
games industry rarely manages to penetrate the *true* mass markt, so the
habit is to refer to that level *as* the mass market... all a matter of
terms, given that most games these days lose money and sell under 40,000
units (UO is almost at 300,000).
