I am unaware of any games using OpenTNL. As you may know, OpenTNL
is the Torque network layer repackaged for licensing. It's a
networking API which is relatively new. Other APIs such as ENet and
RakNet have been used for professionally published games. I am
unaware of any games that use OpenTNL. Clearly, the Torque based
games use a variant of it, but it's integrated into the Torque
engine and is different from OpenTNL itself.
OpenTNL isn't really a standard. It's another API thrown out there
into the mix. I'm not implying it's a bad API, but to call it a
standard may be a bit excessive. DirectPlay could probably be
considered a standard by its availability on every single DirectX
enabled platform.
