There are going to be two groups of people associated with DevMUD:
those writing code, and those discussing and talking it. Per
experience I believe those two groups should have their own "home"
venues such that code work can go on without the noise of those not
directly involved in that code while less rigorous and less structured
design and what-if discussions can continue (potentially with the same
people, on the more general list. The key is focus.
Note: The dictator is also going to end up being list owner.

<nod> I think you'll find that CVS distribues very nicely (cf *BSD,
Xemacs, ECGS, etc). I have a couple bits to try and twiddle in the
CVS configs tomorrow (left the docs at work), after which I'll set up
your account. The server side has a number of interesting
complexities. The client side is pleasantly simple.
