Just as a side note to the above: one of the confusing elements of
customer satisfaction is that a customer who has a problem that gets
fixed will be more satisfied than a customer who doesn't have a
problem. This has been known for close to a century, and people
still don't really understand why or actively attempt to leverage
this fact.
