I'm sure it's because of the magazine being primarily focused on the
US market. Even if they're going for US + Europe, Lineage is huge
in Asia, and has made only very modest inroads into the US market so
far. Not sure if they've launched in any European countries at all
yet.
The article on Lineage (which starts on the next page after the
Furcadia article) does state right at the beginning, in very
emphatic language, that Lineage is the biggest game in the world.
