Players consume content at an exponentially faster rate than it can
be generated. To generate a system to keep up with the content
demands of MMP players would require either allowing user-generated
content or completely automating content generation. But both of
those approaches have *huge* problems in an environment where people
are paying for content.
It would be much more efficient to create such a system for a
single-player game or a peer-to-peer game, ala NWN.
