Can't say I have, but on a quick peek it looks like another fairly
decent academic toolkit.  I spent the last half of the 80s writing
C compilers for fun, and researched them more heavily back then :).
Be aware that there are about as many PCCTS type kits as there are
universities with computer science departments interested in compiler
construction, and that these sorts of kits come and go regularly without
(so far) displacing YACC &kin.  If it has something that specially
intrigues you, go for it.  But if you want to produce something of
general utility for an extended period, you're probably better off
using the standard toolkit most Unices come with...
