I think you'll find that this is quite incorrect. There is a high
level of integrity to be found in many smaller online games. For
instance, in our longest-running mud, Achaea, a player holding the
top position in a city-state has the power to completely bankrupt a
city for personal gain.  There is nothing stopping such a person
from doing this.

Yet, it hasn't happened even once in the 6 years we've been running
the game.
