In my experience your feelings on wanting to be able to have multiple
characters is the norm, particularly among our best customers, many of
whom have at least 2 powerful characters (and that costs them a _lot_ more
than $10, $20, or $30 a month). I love it, personally, and don't see a
problem with it. Frankly, most second characters I find to be better
roleplayed than 'main' characters.
