17825: [MUD-Dev] Dinner scheduling and possible roundtable

Plans for scheduling the MUD-Dev dinner at GDC are moving forward
with a tentative date for Friday, 23 March 2001.  There's also
discussion of the possibility of a roundtable meeting immediately
after GDC on the 25th (Sunday).
