I think they're referring to all sorts of games from CounterStrike
to Zuma.

But frankly, it's something of a conceit to assume that there more
of "us" --hardcore/RPG gamers-- than there are of "them" -- casual
gamers.  I suspect there are more *bridge* players than have ever
played all RPGs or MMOs combined.  It wouldn't surprise me a bit
that there is a large demographic bulge in 40+ women -- even if most
of them aren't playing Counter Strike.
