3452: META: Archive report

Writing as list owner:

Last month was a fairly active month at a 2.5Meg archive, coming in
just under June at 2.7M and July at 2.8M.  Archvies currently go back
as far as February of this year.  I will be archiving Wout's old list,
and the prior CC list as time permits, thus extending the archives
back another year.

As always, all archives are available to list members by request from
yours truly.
