Capitol Area Retired Legal Professionals.
CARLP is a registered non-profit organization interested in, and
supportive of, the preservation of the archives and legal artifacts
of our legal system.
Our members are all retired legals of one stripe or another, and many
have library science or history degrees. You may often find members,
browsing or researching obscure legal texts with an eye to preservation.

This portal is a backup access portal to our own private member message base system.
