Privacy Policy Statement
Here of late (9902), an AOP alert was sent advising all system administrators that people were reviewing privacy information. TheLitterBox has always been privacy conscious. But considering the noise, we had our legal advisers review the document again, and asked if any updates might be needed. None were.

Below are the system rules, for privacy issues please note section IX.

Q.What are the system rules? (1974-1999)

LEOs are held to the same bindment as are users.
Section VIII. Minors.
Minors are treated as adults. If the user is a minor, this is treated as a point of privacy by the System.
System has in the past contacted parents/guardians in the past to curtail illegal/improper behaviour. Code: DACODE.
System has brought parents into court, as well as the minor, over the actions of a minor, as befitting their lack of citizenship / parenting skills.
Section IX. Privacy.
System collects information to defend itself from illegal action and defraudment. This collection is defensive in nature. Privacy is maintained by system for all this information. System does not and will not sell lease or allow access to any third party with the exceptions of a) self defence litigation, b) verification of existance for access, c) to defend system (including other users) from illegal acts, scams, etc.
