The principle seems to have been to construct the worst possible pun (often based on a movie title) which had some resonance with the episode in question. Once the official titles became available, the unofficial titles were eventually removed from the episode guide. The proposed titles were inventive and in many cases better than the official titles, too good to be simply forgotten. Accordingly, I have restored them to the guide as part of this supplement.
