yeah, i'm really sorry about it, but my machine was becoming pretty hard for
me to use for doing personal work (like homework, etc).  I picked 20 as the
number because it seemed like it wasn't reached that often (only at the
most peak hours), so people would still be able to get on if they tried,
but on the other hand it is small enough that it will make a difference for
me.
