toggling between better and fast, I'll write fast (&short

1) When I get stuck somewhere, like just now in a "for me"
search took abt. 5 mins., is there any way I can ESCape back
to a menu, or do I have to wait?
2) Is there a general sort of H)elp for everything somewhere
or do I have to browse around as I've been doing?
