the list function did change.  i made it start listing from the current 
message instead of listing the entire message base.  if you want to see all
of your email or list the entire base just jump to message zero and hit l.

email notification will be coming in a future release when i get time to do a
email system overhaul... in the current implementation it would be a pain in
the butt...
