Okay, for now it is available via ftp from here in the /pub/yabbs directory. 
I will add it to the distribution when I get the chance.  I run fixup once
every 4 hours (it backs up the user file and message bases to a directory
called bak off of the yabbs tree), and fixupcl once a day (it does the same
thing and cleans message bases).

Just add them to crontab...
