When my head starts to spin, 
and clouds begin to whirl,
And my thoughts are jumbled up,
in a neverending swirl..

i only try to relax,
read a book or watch tv.
or call someone who's close to my heart,
no matter who it be..

When anger gets the best of me..
i try to keep it inside,
i secretly store it away,
Just a cog with in my pride..
