On the so called "underground side", Hackers and Phreakers tried their best to educate and to show off, revealing secrets they discovered through long nights or carefully worded phone calls. All of the self-styled Anarchists just wanted to blow stuff up. They didn't know what they were doing! Don't follow the directions! They also wrote each other's School Reports if they weren't passing viruses.
